I first learnt Major and Minor Chords and simple Rhythms on Acoustic Guitar with songs like Take Me Home Country Roads, Proud Mary, Bad Moon Rising etc when I was 16-17 year old.

The storm of MTV and the craze of people around me took me to the world of Heavy Metal where I became a fan of Twisted Sister, Poison, Motley Crue, Metallica, Bon Jovi etc. I learnt then Power Chords and some Guitar Riffs.

And then I discovered Joe Satriani's Flying In A Blue Dream and David Lee Roth's Skyscraper (Steve Vai On Guitar). Stayed the biggest fan since. I wanted to play like them. But didn't know how. Didn't have ideas or tutors or materials to learn.

Later, Some friends and I formed a band but where the music did not demand the style I wanted to play. Blah blah blah and so life went on. I play anything good or bad, in and out of the band, with professionals and amateurs both. And here I am.
